Zack is one of the co-founders and a managing partner at Woodhaven Development Group. In his role, he is responsible for arranging financing and overseeing origination, analysis, underwriting, and due diligence for investment and disposition opportunities. Over the course of the last 15 years, Zack has had the privilege of being involved in real estate transactions totaling over $1 Billion, covering a wide spectrum of development, acquisitions, and dispositions. His educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Additionally, he serves as a board member for the Investment Corporation of America, where he contributes his insights and experience.
Outside of his professional commitments, Zack finds fulfillment in volunteering and actively participating in several community organizations, such as the Speedway Children’s Charity, Jewish National Fund, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Susan G. Komen Foundation, Alzheimer’s Association, and the Muscular Dystrophy Association. In his personal life, Zack enjoys the simple pleasures of spending time at the lake with his wife and two sons.
